Calderón Félix & Fideicomiso Calderón Félix I, CC-2016-0703 (defended local trust and trustee from fraud and misappropriation of funds claims); Cortés Pacheco v. Puerto Rico Court of First Instance: Collazo Burgos v. A.S.C., K AC2010-0179 (obtained summary judgment in favour of defendant, completely dismissing a class action for fraud, illegal trafficking of premiums, and misappropriation of funds); Fullana Heavy Works, Corp. v. Registradora de la Propiedad, J AC2013-0733 (questioned local property registry decision to deny the inscription of lien).
United States District Court for the Court of Puerto Rico: CIRO Energy Partners LLC v. Torres, et al., 12-1917 (GAG/BJM) (obtained dismissal of RICO case); Torres Ronda, et al. v. JUA, et al., 11-1866 (CCC) (still pending) (defending class action under for fraud under RICO).
